A scale-up that started in 2019, we developed & launched (in partnership with Catholic University of Leuven) an innovative periodontal wound dressing. This protocol has now been scientifically validated to be the fastest & least painful way to manage the donor site after palatal grafting.
To bring this to market we’ve built an incredible community of opinion leaders & distribution partners across Europe. To support these efforts, we’re looking for someone to join our team to both follow-up with all the interest as well as help new customers build the habit!
The current operational team (3 members in their 30s) thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with little bureaucracy.

Getting started in 2019 - virtually during the pandemic - has led to a collaborative process that is extremely flexible. We are remote first and predominantly communicate online. In terms of working hours, the team is still small enough to take personal preferences into account. That said, being customer-centric, our working hours are mostly taking into account clinical opening hours & congresses.
A big part of our growth is fueled by being present at international congresses & courses. There’s plenty of opportunity to attend those for team members who are drawn to that.
Long story short, at Elemental we believe that meaningful work & meaningful relationships are critical ingredients for making the most out of life.
